Frame the real decision

The first move is framing: what decision are you actually making, at what scope, and from whose perspective. Most bad decisions are good answers to the wrong question, so the module makes you get the frame right before anything else.

Weigh it honestly

You work through creative alternatives, the information you actually have, your values and trade offs, and sound reasoning. Your chosen AI challenges weak alternatives and points out where you are missing information or anchoring on a preferred answer.

Commit and record

You end with a clear commitment to action and a written record of the reasoning, so the decision and why you made it are not lost the moment the meeting ends.
